4) Meditation - If you meditate, your mind will become much calmer. Meditation helps to increase your head's intelligence as you ease your thoughts. You first select a secluded place and meditate for 5 minutes. Then you will have a different feeling in your mind. You will then think of how beautiful everything in the world is.



5) Water - You know that 5% of our body is made of water. Drinking the right amount of water will help the brain to function properly. Instead of water, you can drink other drinks such as dab water, fruit juice or vegetables. It is better not to drink too many different companies drinks. Drink clean, purified, disinfected water.


6) Thinking - Try to stay as far away from thinking. Because over-thinking can damage your brain. This way you are likely to be wrong in your work, lose your intellect. Always try to keep smiling. Spend time with friends or family, don't be alone. Reading books, listening to music, playing sports are beneficial to the brain.



7) Learning something new - Learning something new or doing something new is a pleasure for the head. When you learn or do something new, the brain enjoys the pleasure of moving in a different way, and your brain becomes stronger. Do no continuous work. Take a little time off between work. You can do your hobby instead of day-to-day work. One day a week working in the garden or helping with cooking. You can play any instrument that sounds good.
